SUMMARY

- Your study plan, study time, exams, streaks and settings are stored only on your phone.

- There is no account, login or password.

- When you finish setting up the app, we receive your first name (as you typed it) and your phone's name and model, so we know who uses the app.

- We use Google Firebase for anonymous usage statistics, crash reports and push notifications.

- We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.



1. WHO WE ARE

Panko Study Club ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by NARGIS NX. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and the choices you have. Contact: nargisnxx@gmail.com


2. INFORMATION STORED ONLY ON YOUR PHONE

The app saves the following in a private database on your device. It is not sent to us:

- Your study plan, subjects, sessions and reminders

- Your study time, streaks, reports, level, XP and coins

- Your exams and countdowns

- Your settings, study buddy and wardrobe choices

This data is deleted when you use Settings > Reset all data, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Home-screen widgets read a copy of today's numbers from the same phone.


3. INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

a) Your profile

   What: first name you enter, phone name and model, manufacturer, Android or iOS version, app version, date you joined, a random install ID

   Why: to count and understand who uses the app

   Where: Google Cloud Firestore, until you ask us to delete it


b) Push notification ID

   What: the push notification ID for your install

   Why: to send you news and updates

   Where: Firestore and Firebase Cloud Messaging


c) Usage statistics

   What: app usage events (for example: a focus session finished, an exam added), device type, app version, approximate country

   Why: to improve the app (Firebase Analytics)

   Where: Google Analytics for Firebase, kept up to 14 months


d) Crash reports

   What: what went wrong in the app, device model and OS version, the random install ID

   Why: to find and fix bugs (Firebase Crashlytics)

   Where: Firebase Crashlytics, kept up to 90 days


The random install ID is created by the app and is not linked to your phone number, email or Google account. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or any payment information.


4. NOTIFICATIONS

With your permission, the app shows a reminder when a planned study session starts. These reminders are scheduled on your phone. We may also send occasional push notifications (for example tips or news) through Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's Settings or in your phone's settings.


5. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use Google Firebase (Google LLC) to store the information in section 3 and to provide analytics, crash reporting and push notifications. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy:

Data may be processed on servers outside your country.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.


6. SECURITY

Data sent to Firebase is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Our database rules stop the app, and anyone using it, from reading other people's records; only the developer can view them through the Firebase console.


7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

- Delete your data: email nargisnxx@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the first name you used. We delete your record within 30 days. Data on your phone is deleted by uninstalling the app or using Reset all data.

- Access or correct: email us and we will tell you what we hold and fix anything that is wrong.

- Opt out of notifications: turn them off in Settings or your phone's settings.


8. CHILDREN

Panko Study Club is made for students aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change how the app handles information (for example if we add advertising), we will update this policy and change the effective date above. Important changes will also be shown in the app or in the store listing.
